(N.Z.P.A.— Special—Copyright.) LONDON, Oct. 27 (Recd. 6pm).—A leading German aircraft designer, Ernst Heinkel, who designed the world’s first jet plane, said in an interview at Windsbach that atomicpropelled aircraft should be developed within the next decade.
