Winner Claimed To Be By Bernborough
BRISBANE, Oct. 25.—Otairi, who, owner Mr- J. Bach claims, is by Bernborough, won the Second Maiden Handicap at Bundama in his first race. The time for the six furlongs, less 21yds., was lmin. llsec., which was a second outside the course record. Otairi is a four-year-old brown horse described in the race book as being by an unidentified sire out of Miss Shirley.
