Wanganui Senior B. junior and third grade representative basketball trialists will practice in the Drill Hall tonight (Monday). Hours are. Juniors and thirds from 5 till 6 pm.; thirds and senior B from 6 till 7 p.m. The seniors will practice, on Thursday evening from 5 till 7 p.m. SENIOR REPRESENTATIVES Senior grade selector (Mrs. E. O. Schnack) announced the following representative teams on Saturday:— Wanganui seniors, to play against Wellington, Manawatu and Hawke’s Bay in the annual tournament for the Rushbrook Cup, to be played at Wanganui on July 31: Forwards, L. Breed (T.0.G.), D. Bosher (Nga Toa), B. Forward (T.0.G.) and B. Whiting (Students); centres, B. Hughes (Nga Toa), M. McCashin (St. Mary’s), P. Phillips (T.0.G.) and F. Worrall (Students) ; defence, E. Couchman (T.0.G.), J. McCashin (St. Mary’s, captain), I. Platt (Students), and J. Smith (Nga Toa, vice-captain). Wanganui B, to play against South Taranaki at Wanganui on July 17 and against Auckland Senior B at Auckland on July 24: Forwards, L. Ernst (Past Students), K. Credge ’T.O.G.), K. O’Learn (St. Mary’s), U. Jeffrey (St. Mary’s); centres, M. Platt ’Nga Toa, captain), O. Platt (Past Students) and M. Price (Past Students); defence, C. Forward (T.0.G.), N. O’Leary (St. Mary’s) and J. Spooner (Nga Toa). The team to represent Wanganui at the Dominion tournament at New Plymouth in August will be announced after July 31. SENIOR B REPS. The following team has been selected to represent Wanganui senior B in the match against Hawera on Saturday; Forwards. B. Anderson. L. Cuthbertson, P. Street, and B. Jones: centres. M. Booker (capt ). L. Farrell, E. Platt, and V. Robertson (vice-cap-tam) defences, H. Chapman. M. Jackson. E. Owens, and J. Manson. A practice will be held in the Drill Hall this evening at 5.30 p.m. JUNIOR REPRESENTATIVESThe following players will attend the Drill Hall at 5 p.m. this evening for junior rep. trials: B.
