Watersiders Meet Minister Of Labour
(P.A.) Wellington, June 9. Members of the National Executive of the New Zealand Waterside Workers’ Union met the Minister of Labour (Mr. McLagan) today to discuss issues involved in the Mountpark dispute at Auckland. No progress was reported towards an understanding over the setting up of a proposed tribunal to settle the issues involved. The union executive will continue its meeting tomorrow.
