Estimates Deferred To Special Meeting By Waitotara County
| “I think that it is a good idea. We ■ have been to the races and have not looked at the estimates yet,” said Cr. H. Titter at yesterday's meeting of the Waitotara County Council when the chairman (Mr. W. McKee) suggested that the consideration of the estimates for 1948-49 should be deferred to a special meeting. The estimates now will be discussed at a special meeting of the council on Wednesday, June 23.
