Hornabrook Wins The Wairarapa Open
(P.A.) Masterton, June 7. In the final of the Wairarapa open rolf championship decided here today J. P. Hornabrook (Paraparaumu) beat the titleholder, H. S. Budd (Masterton), 2 and 1. Hornabrook played excellent golf, staging a comeback to his form when he was New Zealand amateur and open champion. In the semi-finals played earlier today Hornabrook beat J. B. Crawford (Manor Park) 4 and 2, and Budd beat W. G. Horne (Wellington) 2 and 1.
