FORMER EXILE IS FIRST PRESIDENT OF KOREAN ASSEMBLY
Recd. 8.30 p.m. Seoul, May 31 Dr. Syngman Rhee, former exile and leader of the Rightist National Society for the Rapid Realisation of Korean Independence, was elected chairman of Korea’s first democrati-cally-elected Legislative Assembly at the opening session today.
