THE following resolution, passed at a Special Meeting of the Bulls Town Board, held on the 20th April. 1948, will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held in the Town Board Office at Bulls on Tuesday, the Ist June, 1948, at 5.15 p.m. ‘That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 156 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1933,” the Bulls Town Board hereby resolves as follows: That it being in the opinion of the Board, that the land is no longer required for the purpose of the Town District, the Board, subject io the consent of the Land Sales Court, sell ail that piece of land in the Land Registration District of Wellingotn, containing, One rood Thirty-one and Sixtenths Perches more or less situate in the Bulls Town District being part of Block 111 of the Rangitikei District and being also Lot 62 of Block D of the Town of Bulls as shown on a plan (Jeposited in the Deeds Register Office at Wellington as No. 44 and now being Lot 62" on Deposited Plan No. 9150 and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 435 folio 197 to Doctor Geoffrey Llewellyn Walton, of Bulls, at the purchase price of ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTYFIVE POUNDS (£175) or price fixed by the Land Sales Court, upon the condition that the purchaser, if he should resell the said land, that he sell same to a Practising Medical Practitioner, or offer same to the Town Board or its nominee on terms to be arranged.
