(N.Z.P.A. —Special—Copyright) Recd. 6 p.m. London, aJn. 27. The “Red Flag” was sung by a section of the audience during a meet-ing-at Gateshead, when Mr. Hector McNeil, Minister of State, replied to
criticisms of British foreign policy by the Socialist member for Gateshead, Mr. Konni Zilliacus. Mr. S. Watson, Durham miners’ leader, who presided, restored order, remarking: “Please remember this isn’t Bulgaria and that you are not listening to Dimitrov.”
