MARKED INCREASE IN CANADIAN EXPORTS TO NEW ZEALAND
Ottawa, Jan. 23. A marked increase in Canadian exports to New Zealand and Australian are shown in figures for 1947. Exports to New Zealand were: 37386,000 dollars, compared with 16110,000 in 1946 and to Australia 60294,000, compared with 39194,000 in 1946. Canada’s largest market in 1947 was the United States to which she exported 1,034,226,000 dollars worth of goods. Britain was second with 751,198,000 dollars worth.
