CHANGE IN NORTH ISLAND TEAM
(P.A.) Wellington, Jan. 27. H. A. Purcell, the Wellington fast bowler, has been compelled to withdraw from the North Island team because of a leg injury. He has been replaced by C. A. Snedden (Auckland). J. Little (Wellington) is 12th man.
