RUSSIAN OBSTRUCTION IN KOREA
New York, Jan. 24. The United Nations Commission would not comment today on the Russian refusal to allow it to enter North Korea, says the “New York Times” correspondent in Seoul. A source close to the commission revealed that the commission will not favour a separate election for South Korea because it does not wish to compromise with the partial execution of its task. The indications are that, being unable to enter the Russian zone, the commission will report to Lake Success that it i’s unable to complete its work.
