_ New York, Dec. 26 The Duchess of Windsor this year regained her title as the world’s bestdressed woman, according to the New
York Dress Institute, whose officials announced that she was voted “tops” in the annual list of “the ten bestdressed women.’’ Mrs. Howard Hawks, wife of a Hollywood film producer, who held the title last year, was eighth in today's list.
