New Foreign Minister For Pakistan
(N. Z. P. A .—Reuter—Copyright) Recd. 7.30 p.m. Karachi, Dec. 26. Sir Mohammed Zafrillah Khan has been appointed Pakistan Foreign Minister and Commonwealth Relations Minister. The appointment relieves Premier Lialuat Ali Khan of these two portfolios and increases the Cabinet to eight. Sir Mohammed led the Pakistan delegation to U.N.O.
