RUGBY LEAGUE TEST
MATCH IN ENGLAND The first test between the touring New Zealand Rugby League team and the English test side is to be played at Leeds today. The English team is: J. Ledgard (Dewsbury), G. Radcliffe (Wigan), E. H Ward (Wigan) capt., J. Stott (St. Helens), vice-capt., A. E. Johnson (Warrington), W. T. H. Davies (Bradford Northern), T. Bradshaw (Wigan), K. Gee (Wigan), J. Egan (Wigan), E. Gwythed (Belie Vue Rovers), U. M. Thomas (Oldham), L. Aston (St. Helens), A. Docker (Hull).
England was defeated 10-8 by Wales.
