The war made it essential lor British manufacturers to turn out miniature radio equipment for use in the services, and one of the results is the present production of a radio transmitter set little larger than a cigarette packet. The inventor, Michael Kasia, who served with the Polish Army during the war, has spent 1G years experimenting with radio components. There arc hundreds of civilian uses for this equipment, police work, public, meetings, use by building operatives, etc. A special feature of this invention is that a considerable number of' these instruments can be used in the same area without any fear of interference. The liny valves used have been adopted from radar-controlled shells during the war. The commercial name for this new invention is Tele-Radio Co.
