RIFLE SHOOTING
WANGANUI DEFENCE CLUB On Saturday last, under ideal shooting conditions, the Wanganui Defence Rifle Club fired a double shoot at 300 yards. This is the first shoot for a trophy presented by an ex-club member, Mr. F. Glenny, for flrst-year shots. The second trophy was presented by Mr. D. Howard and was won by Miss Anderson with a score of 97 out ot 100. Following are the detailed scores:— Miss Anderson, 47 (1), 49 (0> —° 7 ' R.
