COMMUNISTS CONDEMN ROYAL TOUR
Reed. 8 p.m. London, Feb. 22. The British Communist Party’s National Congress passed an "emergency resolution" strongly condemning the South African Government's infringement of civil liberties, and its disregard of human rights of millions of Africans, Indians and coloured people, and expressing opposition to the Royal tour.
