ARAMOHO WOMEN’S INSTITUTE
Only a small number of members attended the January meeting of the Aramoho Women’s Institute. With Mrs. Seddon in the chair, the opening ceremony was followed by the welcoming of two new members. Entertainment was provided by three young girls. Miss 1,. Briton and Miss Hood with vocal solos, while Miss M. Wood delighted with Mrs. Uttley chose as her subject “Hospital Visiting” and members gained an insight into lhe wonderful work which she was doing. Mrs. Breton and Miss Wood acted as aceompianixts for ihe afternoon. Mrs. Seddon presented sprays to all artists. Competition results were:—Piece Christmas cake, Mrs. Litchfield; best bloom, Mrs. Litchfield.
