BRITAIN TO HAVE GLIDER TRAINS
London, Sept. 3. Britain is forming glider trains for use in freight and troop-carrying. They will carry 30 passengers or 3* tons of freight, and will form a network of economical airlines throughout Britain and the Continent. Glider trains will be flown by demobilised members of the famous glider pilot regiment, who will help make Bri- t tains’ trade future in the air.
