PROFIT SHARING IN SHEEP FARMS

Dannevirke, June 27. hTe Waitahora branch of Southern Hawke’s Bay Federated Farmers sug gested that the executive consider the question of closer co-operation between employer and employee, and a possible system of profit-sharing for employees on sheen farms. The president, Mr. E. J. Harding, expressed the opinion that the proposal xxas a step in the right direction. It. xvas decided Io refer the matter to head office for thorough examination.
