MORE WIVES AND FIANCEES FOR NEW ZEALAND
TAMAROA AT FREMANTLE Reed. 7.5 p.m. Perth, March 8. About 45 wives and fiancees of New Zealand servicemen are travelling in the troopship Tamaroa, which-arrived at Fremantle from England yestenday, en route to New Zealand. Many Italian wives were accompanied by New Zealand husbands. The Tamaroa carries about 700 passengers in all. These include some married Australian airmen who are ertieal of the policy that forced them to leave their wives behind in England.
