(Special Correspondent, N.Z.P.A.) Recd. 7.30 p.m. London, March 7. Due to rationing a :d “the difficulties of the times,” fasting will not be observed in Britain during Lent this year. People are free to eat “whatever they can obtain during the penetential season.”
