FORMER WAR PRISONERS CHARGED

Allegations that they co-operated with the Japanese by improper iratcrnisation, also ill-treated fellow prisoners of war ai Oeyama prison camp in Japan, aft> the fall of Hongkong, will be la d at the court-martial at Winnipeg of Company <'rgt.-Major Marcus Charles Tugby, ol the Canadian Army, and Corporal John Hu..<i Harvey, of the Royal Army Medical Corps.
Tugby will be tried by a Canadian court-martial on 19 charges of collaboration; also securing more than his share of Red Cross parcels, depriving his follow prisoners of Rod Cross comforts and assaulting and striking fellow prisoners.
Harvey will appear before a British court-mart : al lo answer charges ranging from the manslaughter of a Canadian prisoner to the ill-treatment of fellow prisoners, taking more than his share of Red Cross parcels and depriving his fellow prisoners of comforts.
