TENDERS FOR LEASE. RHE Whanganui College Board of Trustees invite tenders for a “Glasgow” lease of Lot No. 9, on Deeds Plan No. 425 of the College Estate. The Section contains 27.57 perches more or less and is situate in Godwin Crescent. The lease will be at an upset rental of £4/8/- per annum. The material provisions of the lease are: a term of 21 years: a rent of £4/8/-: covenants to pay rates, to repair, to insure, to use the premises as a private dwelling house only, not to alter or erect buildings without consent, not to assign without consent, with a provision for perpetual renewal in accordance with the Ist Schedule of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
