SANDY HOOK SPORTS
Excellent entries in all events have been received for the third annual sports meeting of the Upper Aramoho and Papaiti Sports Association to be held at. Sandy Hook to-day. The programme Is comprehensive and caters for both young and old. The main event in the horse section is the onen jump, for which the first nrize is £2O and a cup. This event promises to bo keenlv contested by all the best horses on the coast.
Wood-chopping contests have drawn good entries and some close finishes am in prospect. The babv show has been well sunnorted and is creating much interest. Given fine weather a large attendance h expected at the sports.
