DUKE OF WINDSOR IN LONDON
Rccd. 6 p.m. London, Jan. 7. The Duke of Windsor arrived at Marlborough House, Queen Mary’s London residence, this evening. He travelled from France by sea and motored from Newhaven to London. The Duke told correspondents: “It was because my brother the King will be in London this week that I arranged to come over this time."
The Duke said he would be attending to a few personal affairs—" Getting a few shirts repaired, and so on."
