“COMMANDO” CAMERA
NEW BRITISH MAKE ON SALE SOON Reed. 6 p.m. London, Jan. 8 The “Commando” camera, the first post-war model of British design and make, will be marketed within a mo;:.th, says the “Evening News.” The camera is so called because it is a type used by commandos during the war. It will cost approximately 470, and is being produced mainly for European and for Dominion markets. The paper adds that it is confidently predicted that Britain will very shortly be producing a camera far superior to the German models.
