PURNELL, Mayor. i Marton, November 20, 1945. “ MARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. i LOWER WATERWORKS LOAN, 1945 I ’ J’HE Marton Borough Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Act, 1926, hereby gives Public Notice of its intention to raise a Loan to provide an auxiliary Water : Supply from the Lower Reservoir as under:— (a) For the purchase and installation of one Filter, Pipes and Fittings, excavation work, and the erection of a new Filter House incidental thereto. (b) The sum to be borrowed for such purpose is Four Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (£4500). (c) The proposed Security and the provision for repayment of the »• Loan is a Special Rate of Fiveeighths of a penny (£d) in the pound on the Unimproved Value of all the rateable property m the Borough of Marton, and thr’such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of the Loan, being a period of 15 years Gr until the Loan is fully paid off. (d) That the form of Security for the payment of Principal and Interi est on the said Loan shall be 30 Debentures, each of One Hun- [ dred and Ninety Four Pounds One Shilling and Three Pence (£194 1/3).
