CLERGY SAY IT IS TOO HARSH. Reed. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 14. German clergy o f all denominations have protested to the United States Army authorities that the American de-nazification policy is too harsh. An Armv spokesman said: "There are bound to be some injustices, but we have to pass them through a net so fine that no fish can escape.”
