CENSORSHIP IN RUSSIA IS EASING
London, Nov. 11. After the wide publicity given to British and American correspondents' protests against the censorship, foreign journalists have noticed a definite easing of the censoring of dispatches commenting on Soviet affairs, reports Reuter’s Moscow correspond- ' ent. Observers feel that the relaxation Is another “straw in the wind,” indicating a general Soviet desire for co-operation.
