MEMORIAL FOR TWO WARS SUGGESTED Recd. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 13. The Lord President, of the Council and Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Herbert Morrison, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said he v ill favourably consider adding the years “1939-45” to the Cenotaph, making it the nation’s memorial to two wars.
