TO ADDRESS BOTH U.S. HOUSES OF CONGRESS
Reed. 11 p.m. London, Nov. 13, The British Prime Minister, Mr. Attlee, later to-day will address both Houses of the United States Congress
It is believed that his speech will deal with an interpretation of the political situation in Britain which eave rise to the election of the Labour Party.
There has been no further word from the talks between Mr. Attlee and President Truman, which are believed to have fully dealt with the atomic bomb, a subject which is of primary importance in an approach to a resumption of the Foreign Ministers’ talks.
