IT IS WELL SUBSCRIBED Recd. 8.50 p.m. Ottawa, Nov. 12 Slightly more than one uf ever/ five persons in Canada bought bond in the 9th Victory Loan, which has jusc been completed. Some 2,546 000 subscribed of a total population of 11,500,000. The minimum objective, of 1,500,000,000 dollars, has already been exceeded by more than 300.000,000. It is expected that when the final count is made the loan wih reach bet\ v een 900,000,000 find 2,000,000,000 dollars
