STONE-AGE BONES
DISCOVERY IN PALESTINE Recd. 11 p.m. London, Nov. 12. St one-Age skeletons of men, unlike any other prehistoric race, were found at the western foot of Mount Carmel during excavations at Wadi El Mughara (the Valley of Caves), says "The Times” Jerusalem correspondent. A joint expedition of the British School of Archaeology, Jerusalem, and the American School of Prehistoric Research, discovered eight skeletons, four of which are almost complete. They are the remains of Palestine Stone-Age inhabitants, who tilled the soil 1000 years before Elijah reached the summit of Mount Carmel.
