DEATH OF JEROME KERN
NOTED WORLD COMPOSER New York, Nov. 11. The death has occurred of the music composer Jerome Kern. Kern, who was one of the highestnaid song-writers in the world, had been living in Hollywood in recent years. He collapsed in Park Avenue, New York, three days after his arrival to supervise rehearsals for a Broadway revival of "Showboat.”
