Mrs. Clouston, Atholbank Flat's, has left for Hamilton to visit her daughter, Mrs. Blechydon.
Flying-OJlicer Craig Edwards, who arrived in Wanganui recently after being a prisoner of war in Rangoon,and his English bride, whom he married in India, are at present staying with Mrs. Edwards, St. John’s Hill.
Dinner Party. An enjoyaule dinner party, arranged by Wanganui nurses who had trained in Christchurch, was held at the Grand Hotel, on Tuesday evening, to entertain Miss Lambie, Director of Nursing for New Zealand, who was visiting Wanganui, also Miss Jewiss, Inspector of Health for this district. Several nurses came fiom a distance to be present.
