Recd. 10.5 p.m. Wshington, Nov. 7. “If Mr. Stalin is in the United States President Truman has no knowledge of it,” said thp assistant-press secretary at the White House, Mr. Ayers. He was commenting on reports that Mr. StaDn is now visiting America. Mr. Ayers added that the same was true concerning Generalissimo Chiang Kaishek.
