LOWER WATERWORKS LOAN, 1945 rpHE Marton Borough Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Act. 1926, hereby gives Public Notice of its intention to raise a Loan to provide an auxiliary Water Supply from the Lower Reservoir as under:— (a) For the purchase and installation of one Filter, Pipes and Fittings, excavation work, and the erection of a new Filter House incidental thereto. (b) The sum to be borrowed for such purpose is Four Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (£4500). (c> The proposed Security and the provision for repayment of the Loan is a Special Rate of Fiveeighths of a penny (Id) in the pound on the Unimproved Value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Marton, and that such special rate shall he an annua! recurring rate during the currency of the Loan, being a period of 15 years or until the Loan is fully paid off. (d) That the form of Security for the payment of Principal and Interest on the said Loan shall he 30 Debentures, each of One Hundred and Ninety Four Pounds One Shilling and Three Pence (£194 1/3).
