Rccd. 6 p.m. London, Sept. 19. “Pure speculation” was the comment made at the headquarters of the Conservative Party with reference to the report that Mr. Churchill intends io visit. Australia and New Zealand during the coming winter. “Mr. Churchill is still away on holiday.” it was stated. “Nothing was decided before he went away about a visit to the Dominions, and there has been no correspondence on the matter during his absence.”
