GALLANT AIRMEN
SEVEN ARE DECORATED (P.A.) Wellington, May 25. Recognition of the exploits of New Zealand air-crew members serving in the European theatre and North Africa has resulted in the award of six Distinguished Flying Crosses and one Distinguished Flying Medal. The awards are:—• DISTINGUISHED FLYING CROSS. Flight-Lieut. George Roland Gould, son of Mrs. V. Gould, Rotherham, Amuri. Flight-Lieut. Norman Lloyd Parry, son of Mr. I. O. Parry, Auckland. Acating-Flight-Lieut. Robert James Dall, husband of Mrs. N. R. Dall, Christchurch. Flying-Officer George Alexander Monckton Struthers, son of Mrs. C. M. Struthers, Napier. Warrant-Officer Donald Anderson Harkness, son of Mrs. W. H. Harkness, Palmerston North. Warrant-Officer Trevor Alexander Gillard, son of Mrs. G. Gillard, Mo/rinsville. DISTINGUISHED FLYING MEDAL. Flight - Sergt. Thomas Edward Browne, brother of Miss C. V. Browne, Hokitiki.
