“There appears lo be no objection, ancf”7n the circumstances the discharge will be granted,” said Mr. Jus. lice Smith in the Supremo Court, Wanganui, when a mol ion for discharge from hankhuptcy was moved on behalf of Louis Edward Pope. Mr. L. N. Ritchie (Raelihi) appeared for bankrupt. The discharge was granted.
