POVERTY BAY MEETING
(P.A.) Napier, April 20. The Poverty Bay Turf Club has decided to make two separate races of the Te Hapara Handicap at the meeting at Greenmeadows on Saturday, these being the tjiird and fifth events. The two events will be:— Te Hapara Handicap No. 1. of £110; six furlongs.—Kincrop 9.0, Dark Morning 8.6, Sharpura 8.6, Whangai 8.2, Mount Battock, Grey Morn. Sisu, Yarrow, Waipukurau, Quaint Song, Pink Bonnet, Joy Bay, Foxspear 7.13. Te Hapara Handicap No. 2, of £110; six furlongs.—Fame Bian 8.11, Alondi 8.6, Sandy Cape 8.5, Affable 8.1, Greek Honour, Skaal, Zingari Song, Bonnie Crown, Straight Drive, Roto Par era, Martian Abbey, Jingle Jangle, Sporting Pal 7.13. , The order of the races, with starting times, will be:—11.45, Wainui Hurdles; 12 30, Waiapao Hack Cup; 1.10, Te Hapara Handicap No. 1; 1.50, Makaraka Handicap; 2.30, Te Hapara Handicap No. 2; 3.10, Juvenile Handicap: 3 55, Kaiti Handicap; 4.40, Farewell Handicap.
