GONVILLE BOWLING CLUB
The Gonville Bowling Club will officially close the 1943-44 season tomorrow with a gala day at the green, wher a full programme of entertainment has been arranged, with fun and games for all. Afternoon tea will be provided free. WANGANUI EAST CLUB To mark the closing of the season, which takes place to-morrow, a tournament, starting at 1 p.m., will be held by the Wanganui East Bowling Club. Any bowler is welcome to attend. During the afternoon prizes won at club competitions played during the season will be presented to the winners.
