GOLF ACTIVITIES
WANGANUI LADIES’ CLUB The Wanganui Ladies’ Golf Club will close the 1943 season on Wednesday, November 24. In conjunction with a medal match a Stableford will be played for trophies presented by the president, Miss F. J. Montgomery Moore, and Mrs. Andrew Hunter. Approaching and putting competitions have also been arranged. Following the matches members will be entertained at afternoon tea by the president. The annual general meeting will be held at 3.30 p.m. The captain, Mrs. M. L. H. Coghill, will be in charge of the matches and will arrange partners for all members.
