VALUES AT FEILDING (P.A.) Feilding, Nov. 18. Prices for fat cattle are back to normal, judging by the rates ruling at the stock sale to-day, when fat bullocks, prime, sold at equal to 40s per 1001 b. and prime heifer at 44s per 1001 b., while prime cow went to 365. A fair entry of fat sheep sold at lower prices, with about 10s difference between woolly and shorn. There was a fair sale of run cattle, though some lines were passed. There is still a good inquiry for dairy cattle, especially heifers close to profit. Range of prices of the sale:—Fat sheep, prime, woolly wethers 335; shorn ditto, to 24s 10s; black-faces to 23s 4d; hoggets, woolly to 32s 4d. shorn to 23s lOd. Maiden ewes to 19s 4d; ewes, woolly, to 27s lOd. Stores: Two-tooth , wethers to 22s 8d; ewe hoggets, woolly, 34s 6d. Wether hoggets, woolly. 29s Bd. Store cows to £4 15s; dairy springing heifers to £ll ss; cows to £7 10s; yearling Jersey heifers to £5 2s. Run cattle: P.A. steers, £7 2s 6d to £8 9s; bullocks, £l2 10s and £l3 4s; heifers, £7 13s; Hereford cows, £7; steers. £7 2s; forward heifers, £8 10s. Fat bullocks, prime, heavy £l3 10s to £l7 2s 6d; heifers £lO 2s 6d to £lO 7s 6d; cows, £7 2.s 6d to £lO 17s 6d.
