OVERHEAD ELECTRIC WIRE TROUBLE (PA.) Wellington, Nov. 18. 1 Four railway expresses were con- ", siderably delayed this afternoon through an overhead electric cable falling near Porirua and becoming entangled with the pantograph of an electric locomotive drawing the 3 p.m. express from Wellington for Auckland. Repairs took some time and this train continued its journev northward two hours behind schedule. The following relief express, which left , Wellington at 3.40 p.m. was held up for IS hours. The train from Gisborne to Wellington was subjected to two hours’ delay, and the express from New Plymouth mu 25 minutes late entering the Wellington station.
