REHABILITATION BENEFITS
(P A.) Wellington, Nov. 18. Amended rehabilitation regulations gazetted to-night provide that the children of servicemen killed or totally incapacitated may qualify for benefits under the Rehabilitation Act. irrespective of whether the mother is living or deceased. This removes the anomaly in previous regulations which debarred the children of deceased servicemen from such benefits unless the mother- were deceased.
