RECOVERY OF WOUNDED
Recd. 6 p.m. Washington, Nov .17. The Office of War Information disclosed that wounded soldiers have twice as good a chance of surviving as in the World War because of improved medical attention. However, the percentage killed outright in action is almost doubled because of the more destructive weapons.
