WANGANUI BOWLING
KEESING CUP MATCH .The first Keesing Cup match of the season was St. John’s green yesterday, the challengers being Wanganui. The holders had a comfortable win and the game ended on the 20th end with the score 20 to 9 in St. John’s favour. The challengers had seven singles and a two, whilst St. John’s score included three 3's and two 2’s. Weather conditions were good. The teams were:—Wanganui: Sperring, Dick, Goodey and W. Harris. St. John’s: Gilbertson, W. D. Harris, McNatty and Glover.
